Over time this methodology has produced a process to accelerate behavioral development. BEAR takes this refined process and fuses it with an expertly crafted package in our streamlined software suite. Created by engineers with medical backgrounds spanning a variety of skills, this security and user-first package will propel adolescent facilities into the next generation of behavioral engagement and reinforcement.

This innovative path starts with a scorecard. This allows each client to receive immediate quantitative feedback in multiple behavioral categories. Alongside these quantitative reflections, qualitative feedback is also logged. The result is that clients are given constant feedback, both positive and negative, that proportionally reflects their actions. This allows for standardized discipline and reward regardless of the overseeing staff, reflecting only the client’s behavior.
Until now the manpower required to implement such a dynamic and detailed system has proven to be difficult to overcome. The BEAR software puts the user first, created by and for direct care staff. The scorecard system is easy to learn since being technologically savvy should not be a requirement for direct care staff. This software allows staff to simply and quickly reflect client behavior quantitatively and qualitatively without sacrificing time that can be spent engaging with clients.
Although the interface is simple, it is anything but limited in utility. From the data collected through client interactions a plethora of metrics are generated. These metrics help the client, the client’s guardians, as well as facility admin and staff.
